Instride Barbados is located near the Old Banks Brewery In the Wildey area.
On Wildey Road traveling towards town, take a left after the Playing Field (after the Starbucks/Chicken Barn complex).
Once in Highgate you will make a left at the Y and go around the block until you pass four orange pillars. The office is after that on the left. The building is small blue one at the end of the drive-way.
